Innovation and Technology in Office and Office Building Security

"Security is not a state – it is a process" – these words by Bruce Schneier, an American cryptographer and IT security expert, became the starting point for a discussion on the contemporary challenges faced by offices and office buildings.On 6 November, the LookUp conference and event space at Skyliner in Warsaw hosted the conference "Innovation and Technology in Office and Office Building Security," co-organised by Karimpol Polska and CBRE Poland, with the participation of partners Safety Project and ISSA Polska.

Skyliner II - halfway to the top

Skyliner II - halfway to the top

The construction of the second phase of the Skyliner office complex, owned by the Karimpol Group, has reached the halfway point. At a height of 65 metres, the walls of the 15th floor are currently being built, which means that the structure has reached half of its target height. Each subsequent level of the building is constructed in five days. All construction work is scheduled to be completed by the end of Q4 2026.

Skyliner II - w połowie drogi do szczytu

Budowa drugiej fazy kompleksu biurowego Skyliner, należącego do Grupy Karimpol, osiągnęła półmetek. Na wysokości 65 metrów realizowane są obecnie ściany 15. piętra, co oznacza, że konstrukcja dotarła do połowy swojej docelowej wysokości. Każdy kolejny poziom budynku powstaje w pięć dni. Zakończenie wszystkich prac budowlanych planowane jest na koniec IV kwartału 2026 roku.

A global technology company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange - Grid Dynamics - has become a tenant at Skyliner complex. The company has taken one floor of the office building, spanning approximately 1,500 sqm. Karimpol Group's investment at Daszyńskiego Roundabout further establishes the area as a modern hub for IT, new technology and AI companies — Grid Dynamics is already the 10th such company to join the complex.
