Globalna platforma fintechowa - Capital.com - przedłużyła umowę wynajmu 3 000 mkw. powierzchni biurowej na 32. i 33. piętrze warszawskiego biurowca Skyliner do 2032 roku. W ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy w budynku podpisano umowy przedłużające najem na łącznie blisko 12 000 mkw., co oznacza 100-procentową retencję najemców w pierwszej wieży kompleksu z portfolio Grupy Karimpol.

Capital.com extends its lease until 2032 - 100% of tenants remain at Skyliner

The global fintech group - Capital.com - has extended its lease agreement for 3,000 sq m of office space on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Skyliner office building in Warsaw until 2032. Over the past 12 months, lease extension agreements for a total of nearly 12,000 sq m have been signed in the building, which means 100% tenant retention in the first tower of the complex developed by Karimpol Group.

Skyliner Everest Run 2026: 377 participants and 24 hours of competition

The 10th anniversary edition of the Everest Run, a 24-hour charity stair climb organised by the RK Rescue Support Foundation, is now behind us. On 21 and 22 February, participants climbed the height of Mount Everest for the fourth time in Warsaw's Skyliner office building at Rondo Daszyńskiego. A total of 377 participants took part, including 297 individual competitors and 20 four-person relay teams. For the first time in the history of the event, the fastest climber of the symbolic Everest was a woman – Klaudia Krajewska. She covered the distance of 8,848 metres in 11 hours and 20 minutes. She was also the leader in terms of the number of ascents, climbing to the 42nd floor of the Warsaw building 109 times.

Skyliner Everest Run 2026: 377 uczestników i 24 godziny rywalizacji w szczytnym celu

Za nami 10., jubileuszowa edycja Everest Run – 24-godzinnego charytatywnego biegu po schodach organizowanego przez Fundację Wsparcia Ratownictwa RK. 21 i 22 lutego po raz czwarty uczestnicy zdobywali wysokość Mount Everest w warszawskim biurowcu Skyliner przy Rondzie Daszyńskiego. Na starcie stanęło 297 zawodników indywidualnych oraz 20 czteroosobowych sztafet – łącznie 377 uczestników. Najszybszą zdobywczynią symbolicznego Everestu po raz pierwszy w historii imprezy została kobieta – Klaudia Krajewska. Dystans 8 848 metrów pokonała w 11 godzin i 20 minut. Była również liderką pod względem liczby wejść, aż 109 razy wspinając się na 42. piętro warszawskiego budynku.

105 metres of Skyliner II

The construction of Skyliner II, the second tower of the Karimpol Group's flagship office complex in Warsaw, has reached another symbolic milestone. The building has already reached a height of over 105 metres, with only the last 25 metres remaining to reach its target height. Work has entered the stage of implementing one of the most distinctive architectural elements of the project - four-level cascading terraces on the upper parts of the building on the west side.
