Karimpol Polska has signed the lease for the last vacant office space in Warsaw’s Skyliner office building. The tenant, which is one of Poland’s leading renewable energy developers, will lease approximately 1,500 sq. m, the entire 7th floor of the building.

Karimpol Polska podpisał właśnie umowę najmu na ostatnią wolną przestrzeń biurową w warszawskim biurowcu Skyliner. W ramach porozumienia najemca - jeden z czołowych deweloperów energii odnawialnej w Polsce -  zajmie w budynku ok. 1.500 mkw., całe 7. piętro. 

Good progress is being made on the construction of Skyliner II at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw, the second phase of the office complex owned by Karimpol Polska. Since February 2024, a team of engineers and builders have been working hard to build solid foundations of the future skyscraper. WARBUD S.A., the chief contractor for the investment project, is responsible for all the work.
