Skyliner is one of the highest office buildings in Warsaw, located in Warsaw's Wola district. The building offers 45,000 sq.m. of office space. The lowest floors in Skyliner are dedicated to services, retail and restaurants. A two-storeyed Skybar situated at the height of 165 meters, offers a panoramic view over Warsaw’s city skyline. A spectacular, 16 meters high lobby, is the highest office lobby in Poland. Skyliner is supported by 21 high-speed elevators (speed up to 7 m/s) equipped with an intelligent contactless system enabling comfortable transportation.
Skyliner is undoubtedly the best-connected office building in Warsaw – situated perfectly just by the subway stop at Rondo Daszyńskiego (just 8 meters distance) and by the main bus and tram junction. A five-storeyed underground parking lot for 428 cars, equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, provides also 330 bicycle parking places with lockers and modern changing rooms. At the parking lot, there are also special storage premises for scooters. The building is equipped with modern solutions that will enable such features, as scanning car license plates. It also has an application that will allow employees to remotely control office room parameters, as well as book rooms or workstations.
Skyliner, the latest investment project of Karimpol, is rated Excellent in the BREEAM certification system. It has been designed by the architectural office APA Wojciechowski. Warbud is the project’s General Contractor. The agency responsible for leasing the premises in the building is CBRE.
