Grid Dynamics a new tenant of Skyliner office building
A global technology company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange - Grid Dynamics - has become a tenant at Skyliner complex. The company has taken one floor of the office building, spanning approximately 1,500 sqm. Karimpol Group's investment at Daszyńskiego Roundabout further establishes the area as a modern hub for IT, new technology and AI companies — Grid Dynamics is already the 10th such company to join the complex.
Grid Dynamics (NASDAQ: GDYN) is a global digital engineering company that co-develops innovative solutions with some of the world's biggest brands. The company has taken up approximately 1,500 sqm of modern office space on one of the floors of the first phase of the development. Grid Dynamics supports clients in building scalable IT systems and implementing artificial intelligence, application modernisation, and cloud architectures. It works with industry leaders in retail, finance, technology and healthcare, offering comprehensive services ranging from strategic consulting to designing and implementing modern digital solutions.
Grid Dynamics is steadily growing its business in Europe, with Warsaw being a key market for the company. We needed an office that would support our culture of innovation while offering a modern and welcoming working environment. Skyliner fits perfectly with these expectations,' says Sergii Taradai, VP, European Operations at Grid Dynamics.
Skyliner I and the under-construction Skyliner II will create an integrated office complex in one of Warsaw's best-connected locations — right next to the Daszyńskiego Roundabout. As the second phase of the development progresses, the area is gaining a new dimension — it is becoming a dynamic ecosystem for companies in the high-tech, IT, and AI solutions sectors, to name a few.
Skyliner is increasingly profiling itself as a hub for companies in the IT, high-tech and artificial intelligence sectors. The second phase of the investment will reinforce this direction by creating an environment in which current and future tenants can benefit from the neighbourhood and access shared spaces and functions. Grid Dynamics is the perfect addition to this ecosystem,' comments Michał Orłowski, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at Karimpol Polska.
Karimpol was supported in the leasing process by Argon Legal law firm.
Skyliner I was completed in January 2021 as the first part of the office complex. It has a BREEAM certificate of Excellent and is powered by 100 per cent renewable energy sources. The total lettable office space is 45,000 sq.m. Construction of the second phase of the complex at Daszyńskiego Roundabout has been underway since February 2024, with completion scheduled for the end of 2026. The second tower will be 130 metres high with 28 floors and 24,000 sq. m of leasable space. Most of the usable space (23,000 sq. m) will be offices. Retail and service units on the ground floor of the building will occupy nearly 1,000 sq. m. The standard area of the office floor will be approximately 1,100 sq. m. Terrace gardens with a total area of nearly 900 sq. m will open on the top floors of the building. Karimpol Polska has received an Outstanding BREEAM certificate for the building and, as in the case of the first phase, plans to power the building with renewable energy. The main contractor for the investment is WARBUD S.A. and the architectural design is the responsibility of the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio. The investor is supported in the commercialisation of the second phase of the complex by the CBRE Polska team.
