MS Galleon Group companies become new tenants of the Diuna complex

MS Galleon – one of the largest capital groups in Central Europe, owned by Michał Sołowow – has leased 3,000 sqm of office space in the Diuna office complex in Warsaw. An additional 700 sqm will be dedicated to a showroom for the Group’s flagship brands, Cersanit and Barlinek. Employees of MS Galleon companies will move into their new headquarters as early as September this year.

Syrena Real Estate sells PRS project at 171 Wolska Street

Syrena Real Estate has sold its first PRS project at 171 Wolska Street in Warsaw. The new owner is the Belgian company Xior Student Housing NV, the market leader in student housing in Europe. The transaction value was 12 million euros, making it the second successful sale of a stabilised PRS project in Poland.

Syrena Real Estate, manager and owner of properties in Warsaw and Wrocław, has signed a cPPA (Corporate Power Purchase Agreement) with Polenergia Sprzedaż. The four-year contract covers the supply of green energy from the FW Dębsk and FF Strzelino wind farms owned by the Polenergia Group and energy balancing services.
