It is BREEAM certified as Excellent and powered by 100 percent renewable energy. The total lettable office space of 45,000 sq. m has been fully leased. Karimpol has signed the lease for the last vacant space, the 7th floor of the office building. The tenant was represented by CBRE. Skyliner is now home to 24 tenants in a range of industries, including global giants and local players.

We are proud that our building meets the expectations of some of the most demanding tenants in the market. We would like to thank everyone for their trust in us and successful cooperation to date and look forward to working together on the second phase of the complex which is under construction,” said Michał Orłowski, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at Karimpol Polska.

Retail and service units on the ground floor of the building will occupy nearly 1,000 sq. m. The standard area of the office floor will be approximately 1,300 sq. m.
