Villa Foksal’s Lease: Up In The Clouds
Renowned event and conference company Villa Foksal has signed a lease with the Karimpol Group. Villa Foksal will open a brand-new 830 sq. m event space in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw’s Wola district on the two top floors, 41st and 42nd. The new centre is scheduled to open in September 2023. Villa Foksal was represented in the negotiations by ShareSpace.
Villa Foksal is a premium event and catering company. It has been creating exceptional experience for guests for over 25 years. Thanks to the high quality of service and delicious cuisine, Villa Foksal has become one of the preferred venues of prestigious events and conferences in Warsaw and other regions of Poland. Villa Foksal’s clients include Dior, mBank, Siemens, TVN, and Credit Suisse.
The new event and conference centre in the Skyliner building will complement the company’s existing offer: the Villa Foksal orangery and garden in the heart of Warsaw at 3/5 Foksal St. The new space will be located in the very centre of Warsaw’s business district at the Daszyńskiego Roundabout. It will host corporate events, conferences, industry meetings, as well as private events. The modern yet timeless interior design was created by the architectural studio MIXD. The new centre will offer state-of-the-art multimedia technology, a fully equipped kitchen, and a unique space with a view of the city skyline thanks to its location at 165 metres height.
"We are extremely pleased with the new space in Skyliner, the only such location in Warsaw’s thriving new business district, and timeless building design. Together with our garden venues we’re able to create complimenting services that meet any and all expectations of our clients, who are always at the center of what we do. Karimpol showed professionalism and understanding of our business from day one. This approach proved compelling to invest in this project. ShareSpace was a one stop shop for our requirements: from great market knowledge and smooth lease process to business planning and complex help with design & build. Without the help of Dorota and Robert, this transaction would not have been completed so quickly and efficiently" - said Paweł Chmielewski, owner of Villa Foksal.
The Skyliner is one of the most technologically advanced high-rise buildings in Warsaw. Developed by the Karimpol Group, the building has a BREEAM Excellent certificate and is powered by 100 percent renewable energy sources. It has 49,000 sq. m of office and retail space on 42 floors.
"We are delighted that Villa Foksal’s new location will be the top two levels of the Skyliner. Our Skybar, like the entire building, is marked by a unique and elegant design, and the characteristic sail-shaped top of the office building has become a symbol of the Daszyńskiego Roundabout, which will now be associated with our new tenant,” said Harald Jeschek, partner of Karimpol Group. “Due to the pandemic, we have been looking for quite a long time for an operator of this space who would offer services to our tenants on the one hand while remaining open to the city on the other. Villa Foksal meets both of these criteria. Starting in September, it will offer business and private events at the Skyliner according to demand” - added Jarosław Prawicki, executive director at Karimpol Polska.
Villa Foksal was advised in the commercial negotiations, business strategy and design by ShareSpace, the industry’s first office broker relying on cutting-edge technology to support the leasing process and comprehensive consultancy services.
"It was a pleasure to advise both Villa Foksal and Karimpol Group using our expertise. Thanks to our technology coupled with one-stop-shop advisory approach, the entire process was agile and fast, and Villa Foksal can soon enjoy their desired space and provide the best event experience for Warsaw's business scene, as well as maintain a long-term cooperation with Karimpol and Skyliner” - said Robert Chmielewski, CEO of ShareSpace
"I am honoured by the confidence that Villa Foksal has placed in both myself and the ShareSpace team,” said Dorota Jędrych, Real Estate Transaction Manager at ShareSpace.
