Poland's First Diamond Atelier at Norblin Factory
Norblin Factory – the mixed-use complex in Warsaw's Wola district, part of the Capital Park Group's portfolio – has a new tenant. House of Diamond atelier is a new Polish brand introducing customers into the world of the most noble and desirable gems. It is the first in Poland to offer only diamonds of the highest class, highest purity and colour, as confirmed by certificates of the largest gemmological institutes GIA and IGI.
House of Diamond is a family business born out of passion and the aspiration to bring exceptional quality diamonds to the Polish market. CEO Piotr Janiszewski is a diamond collector and expert whose knowledge and respect for these exceptional gems are crucial. House of Diamond atelier, which occupies an area of 200 sq. m on level 0 in the Plater building, offers customers only diamonds, in their purest form and of the highest quality, set in gold, platinum or without setting, to be purchased individually or in packages. Each stone comes with a certificate and a specification containing information on colour, purity, weight, cut, polish, symmetry, fluorescence, as well as the gemmological institute that has carefully assessed these parameters.
“All our gems are carefully selected by experts and comply with the A3 specification standard, which is the basis for the international diamond price list Rapaport Diamond Report. Our diamonds are certified by the largest gemmological institutes, GIA and IGI, and meet the requirements of the Kimberley Process, which confirms the origin of diamonds from areas free of military conflicts,” said Piotr Janiszewski, CEO of House of Diamond.
House of Diamond not only offers diamonds but also invites visitors into a unique world of art. The owners plan to hold regular exhibitions of sculptures, paintings, collector photographs and ceramics. The brand ambassador is the actress Małgorzata Foremniak.
“Art is part of Norblin Factory's DNA, and the House of Diamond combines several fields of art, drawing inspiration from tradition and modernity. It is a very special place and our new unique tenant. We are proud that House of Diamond has joined our complex on Żelazna Street, adding even more glamour to it,” said Kinga Nowakowska, COO and Management Board member of Capital Park Group.
