Charles Irvine joins the tenants of Zaułek Piękna in Warsaw
Syrena Real Estate has signed a lease agreement with Charles Irvine, an independent investment advisor in the commercial real estate market. The company moved into its new headquarters in Warsaw's Zaułek Piękna at the beginning of September this year.
Charles Irvine, founded in London in 2014, operates in Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company specialises in capital raising, financial advisory, asset sales, joint ventures and strategic services for developers, real estate funds, private investors and large corporations. The company's partners have over 30 years of experience, and their track record includes transactions and financing exceeding €10 billion.
"Relocating to Zaułek Piękna is the perfect solution for us – a wonderful boutique office building in a prestigious part of the city, with rich infrastructure and amenities around it. This location perfectly suits our needs," says Neil Gregory-Eaves, Managing Partner at Charles Irvine.
Syrena Real Estate acquired Zaułek Piękna in May this year from Manova Partners and will soon begin work on its modernisation. Previously, the Warsaw-based company successfully completed the HOP project on Chmielna Street (14,000 sq m) and the Diuna complex in Mokotów (46,000 sq m). Zaułek Piękna is one of the most recognisable boutique office buildings in Warsaw, offering over 8,100 sq m of office space and approximately 700 sq m of retail and service premises. Its tenants include Mazars, OC&C Strategy Consultants, LivUp and Fidea.
“Zaułek Piękna is a place for companies that value the highest quality and an intimate working atmosphere in the very centre of Warsaw. The presence of Charles Irvine in our tenant portfolio confirms that this project remains one of the most desirable addresses on the capital’s map,” emphasises Ewa Lubańska, Leasing Director at Syrena Real Estate.
