Jacobs Douwe Egberts to Stay at Diuna for Longer

Jacobs Douwe Egberts PL Sp. z o.o. has decided to extend its lease agreement in the Warsaw office complex from the portfolio of Syrena Real Estate. The company has signed a lease for nearly 1,300 square meters of space in Diuna for the coming years.

Jacobs Douwe Egberts PL Sp. z o.o. (JDE) is a subsidiary of JDE Peet's, the world's leading coffee and tea company headquartered in the Netherlands. JDE's operations boast over 265 years of tradition. Currently, JDE operates in more than 100 countries, offering a portfolio of over 50 coffee and tea brands, including L’OR, Jacobs, Prima, Senseo, Tassimo, Douwe Egberts, OldTown, Super, Pickwick, and Moccona. The tenant was represented by the real estate agency Colliers in the lease extension process. JDE has been based in the office complex in Warsaw's Służewiec district since 2013.

Diuna, formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, has undergone a genuine metamorphosis. The office complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district has been brought up to current market standards, with changes including the revitalisation of the outdoor areas and the reconstruction of the entrance lobbies of the four buildings. The 6,000 sq. m concrete car park was transformed into a publicly accessible green park with 50 trees, 96 species of shrubs, a stream, and an educational pavilion. Following the refurbishment, Diuna has been certified by BREEAM In Use as Excellent, and by WELL WSR and WiredScore.

With a total floor area of 46,000 sq. m, the businesses based at Diuna include: Accord, NewCold, Carrier Chłodnictwo, Colgate, Daikin Europe, Eurocash, Ford, Intrum, JDE, JDE Peet’s, Oceanic, S.C Johnson, FOUNDEVER, Business Lease, Leasing Team, and WDX. The complex also houses a LUX MED clinic, a HARMONIA mental health clinic, the 24-hour veterinary clinic Veterio, a Green Caffè Nero café, and a Gorąco Polecam café and bakery. The complex offers 1,200 parking spaces on three underground garage levels.
