Renowned event and conference company Villa Foksal has signed a lease with the Karimpol Group. Villa Foksal will open a brand-new 830 sq. m event space in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw’s Wola district on the two top floors, 41st and 42nd. The new centre is scheduled to open in September 2023. Villa Foksal was represented in the negotiations by ShareSpace.

Renomowana firma eventowo-konferencyjna - Villa Foksal - podpisała umowę na wynajem powierzchni z Grupą Karimpol. W biurowcu Skyliner na warszawskiej Woli na dwóch najwyższych piętrach – 41. i 42. – otworzy zupełnie nową przestrzeń do organizacji wydarzeń o powierzchni 830 mkw. Otwarcie nowego centrum planowane jest na wrzesień 2023 roku. Villę Foksal w negocjacjach reprezentowała firma ShareSpace.

The year 2022 was very productive for the Skyliner. Karimpol Polska signed 11 leases with a total area of nearly 22,200 sq.m. at its flagship project in Warsaw’s Wola district. The office building’s tenants include industry giants. The commercialisation of the building has reached 80%.

Rok 2022 było bardzo owocny dla Skylinera. Karimpol Polska podpisał 11 umów na wynajem o łącznej powierzchni blisko 22.200 mkw. dla swojego flagowego projektu na warszawskiej Woli. Wśród najemców biurowca znajdują się prawdziwi giganci w swoich branżach. Poziom komercjalizacji budynku wynosi już ponad 80%.

Mattel Poland is another global player to become a tenant of the Skyliner office building. The company is part of the Mattel corporation, a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of toys and other family products. The new tenant will occupy 660 m2 of space in the Karimpol Group‘s investment project in Warsaw‘s Wola district.
