New Tenants Join the Norblin Factory Health & Beauty Zone
The gynaecology and obstetrics clinic Dębski Clinic, the Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Institute, the hairdressing salon Magia Blondu, and the Barber Garage are the new tenants of the Norblin Factory who will occupy a total of over 700 sqm of space in a dedicated zone on level +1 in the Plater building. The new concepts will soon join those already open: the Medicover Dental Clinic and the Medicover Optical Salon, expanding the complex’s offer of health and beauty services.
Facial and body treatments, aesthetic medicine, the latest trends in cosmetology, and a customised approach to every client: all this will be offered by the Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Institute whose new salon will open this autumn at the Norblin Factory. The salon will occupy 230 sqm in the complex. Six modern stations will offer a range of innovative treatments supported by the Dr Irena ErisREVICORE Hi-Tech System. There will also be a Concept Store on site, a space where customers can experience all that the Dr Irena Eris brand represents and get advice of experienced consultants. Professional staff will assist in the selection of the right cosmetics by running an instrumental skin diagnosis with a specialised VISIA device. Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Institutes operate throughout Poland at 25 locations. Now the brand’s holistic offer will also be available in the revitalised complex on Żelazna Street. The cosmetic brand was founded in 1983 by Dr Irena Eris, PhD in Pharmacy. The cosmetics produced by the company are now sold in 67 countries. The global success of the brand was possible among others thanks to a unique scientific and research facility: the Dr Irena Eris Science and Research Centre which employs a team of experienced biology and pharmacy researchers.
The Magia Blondu hairstyling salon is the original concept of Danuta Cyboroń, a master of the art of hairstyling and colouring, who trained and then worked for 20 years in the best salons in Canada and Italy. The Magia Blondu will occupy 200 sqm of space in the Norblin Factory and will be divided into cosy zones. It will feature among others four double consoles for hairstyling makeovers, five washes in the form of comfortable relaxation capsules, and a VIP room dedicated to clients wishing to use the salon’s services in a separate space, such as breastfeeding mothers. The Magia Blondu will also offer a manicure, pedicure, as well as eyebrow styling, eyelash styling and make-up, all during colouring. A distinguishing feature of the salon is the adjacent 50 sqm open terrace where customers can relax in between treatments. Delicious coffee, tea, several types of herbal infusions, as well as a glass of white or red wine will await customers.
The Norblin Factory will also be home to a space dedicated to gentlemen: one of the oldest barbershops in Warsaw, the Barber Garage. The barber’s will provide hair and beard styling and sell grooming cosmetics. Apart from traditional haircuts, the barber’s will also offer beard trimming and shaving with a razor. The Barber Garage will occupy 80 sqm in the Norblin Factory and its customers will be served by the most experienced barbers and stylists. The unique atmosphere of the space will be highlighted by its unique interior dedicated to motorbikes and cars.
The new location of the prestigious gynaecology and obstetrics clinic, the Dębski Clinic, will open last at the turn of the year at the Norblin Factory. This unique clinic was founded in 2011 by Marzena and Romuald Dębski, a married couple of professors passionate about obstetrics and gynaecology. The clinic offers women of all ages gynaecological and perinatal care at the highest level, a full range of prenatal tests, breast ultrasound examinations, and aesthetic gynaecology procedures. The clinic also provides access to the best specialists in paediatrics, family medicine, endocrinology, physiotherapy, internal medicine, diabetology, urology, psychology, and infertility treatment, among others. It ensures that all medical examinations are carried out using state-of-the-art medical equipment.
“The Norblin Factory will have a zone dedicated to health and beauty located on level +1 in the Plater building. We would like to create a complementary offer of services for the users of the building and visitors, improving the quality of their everyday life. We hope that the atmosphere of the place combined with the top quality and wide range of services on offer will be very popular with Varsovians. The Norblin Factory features an extensive food hall and restaurants, a cultural offer, entertainment, retail and services, and an office space. We are now in the process of building a service sector dedicated to health and beauty in the broadest sense. We are still looking for tenants offering products and services in this segment. The Norblin Factory already houses Medicover Stomatology and Medicover Optical, now joined by the Dębski Clinic, the Dr Irena Eris Institute, the Magia Blondu hairstyling salon, and the Barber Garage. We hope that other tenants we are now talking with will join us in the near future,” says Anna Kotyńska, Head of Retail, Capital Park Group.
