Onwelo - a Polish company offering modern IT solutions for business - will occupy nearly 1.5 thousand. sqm of office space in the Skyliner office building located at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw.
New tenant of the flagship investment of the Karimpol Group - Onwelo – specializes in IT solutions for banking, financial, insurance, FMCG, industry, automotive and telecommunications. The main areas of the company's operations include: business analysis, software development, maintenance and testing, IT infrastructure management, as well as the provision of products and services based on cloud technologies. In a short time, the company has gathered in its portfolio nearly 500 experts with many years of experience and over 450 implemented projects for both Polish and foreign clients. It has branches in Poland, Germany, Switzerland and the USA.
This month, Onwelo moves its Warsaw headquarters to the Skyliner office building and will occupy the 30th floor of the skyscraper. Karimpol Group was represented by CBRE in the lease process.

A very important selection parameter was also the representative aspect, modernity of the building, energy efficiency and very high functional standards. The Skyliner office building was an ideal response to these needs. About Skyliner
The Skyliner office building is one of the seven tallest buildings in Poland and the latest investment project of the Karimpol Group. It offers 49,000 sq.m. of rentable space on 42 floors. The lowest levels are dedicated to services, retail and food. At 165 m high, there is a two-level Skybar with extraordinary views of the Warsaw skyline. The Skyliner has the highest office lobby in Poland, as high as 16 metres. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including 21 high-speed lifts (up to 7 m/s) with a smart touchless service system, as well as the SkylinerApp building application which replaces traditional access control cards and enables remote desk, room and parking space reservation. The Skyliner is BREEAM certified as Excellent and is powered by 100 percent renewable energy sources. It is certified by innogy Polska S.A. of the E.ON Group as buyer of guarantees of origin for electricity from RES.
